Family Night Fun

We have been trying to make a point of having a special night once a week, when we do something fun as a family. We have gone on special trips to the store, Jimmy Cone, movie night, and game night. This past family night, we decided it was the perfect night to roast some marshmallows and look at the moon and stars...

We learned a few important fire safety/child control lessons.... we realized that we should not have Tyler outside while we are building the fire... every time Jordan poked the wood, or blew on the coals, Tyler would try to imitate him. It was cute, but VERY dangerous, he kept getting way to close to the flames!

Once we got the fire going, he stared at it for some time... this is super blurry... but a little family shot ...
Tyler loves looking for the moon.... as soon as we get outside, day or night, he begins to look for it! My two boys... I love them so much!

We love Family Night, and look forward to building many more memories over the years together as our family grows!
